1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an educational institution, school, or organization ("you" or "Institution"), and NowStack Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the WorksheetsForSchools website (www.worksheetforschools.com) and our digital educational software services.

By accessing the Site or creating an institutional or parent account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

WorksheetsForSchools is a specialized B2B Educational SaaS and interactive learning platform that provides:

• Fullscreen interactive Smartboard whiteboard practice engines for classrooms.
• 1-Click differentiated 30-student vector printable packs with automated School Crest and Teacher header injection.
• Multi-seat classroom management (1 Principal Admin + up to 20 Teacher PIN codes).
• Parent Home Pass for individualized child learner gamified practice.
• Instant GST-compliant B2B Indian tax invoicing under Service Accounting Code (SAC 998434).

3. Subscription Plans & Billing Terms

30-Day Free Trial: Schools and Parents are eligible for a 30-day unrestricted free trial with no credit card required at initial sign-up. Full access to all classroom engines, teacher PINs, and high-resolution PDF printouts is provided during the trial period.

Subscription Pricing: Following the trial period, continuous access requires an active paid license:

Billing Cycle & Taxes: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay. For Indian transactions, prices are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST: 9% CGST + 9% SGST). Official B2B Tax Invoices featuring the institution's GSTIN are generated immediately upon successful payment.

4. User Accounts & PIN Security

Schools are issued confidential 4-digit Teacher PIN codes. The Principal Admin is responsible for distributing PIN codes only to authorized classroom teachers. Students do not require email accounts or passwords to access live interactive lessons. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your institution's account.

5. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All worksheet layout engines, interactive curriculum games, graphic assets, typography, and algorithms on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of NowStack Solutions.

Permitted Classroom Use: Subscribed schools and teachers hold an active license to print, distribute, and display worksheets within their physical and virtual classrooms. Redistribution, reselling, or public uploading of raw vector assets outside of your school is strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from the Institutional Billing or Parent Dashboard console. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be processed.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowStack Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
