1. 1-Click Self-Serve Cancellation
We believe in complete freedom and transparency. You can cancel your subscription at any time without having to call or write lengthy emails:
- School Administrators: Log in to your Principal Workspace ➔ Click the Institutional Billing tab ➔ Click "Cancel Subscription".
- Parents: Log in to your Parent Dashboard ➔ Click "Cancel Subscription" in your Subscription details modal.
Post-Cancellation Access: Once cancelled, your account will remain fully functional until the end of your prepaid billing period. No future auto-renewals will occur.
2. Refund Eligibility & Policy
Because WorksheetsForSchools provides immediate digital access and unlimited vector PDF downloads upon subscription, recurring subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
However, we evaluate refund requests with utmost fairness under the following conditions:

Approved refunds are initiated through our payment partner (Razorpay) within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your bank or payment method, the credit will reflect in your account as follows:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm): 2 to 4 business days.
- NetBanking / IMPS: 3 to 5 business days.
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5 to 7 business days.
