Referral Programme Terms

1. Who can join

Anyone aged 18 or over with a valid email address can become a referral partner, including teachers, tutors, education partners and existing parent customers (through the Refer & Earn card on the parent dashboard). These terms apply alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Rewards

• Parents: ₹10 for every paid month. For each parent who signs up with your link or code, you earn a reward on every monthly payment they make, for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Schools: ₹299 once, when a school that signed up with your link or code makes its first payment. Later school payments do not earn further rewards.
• If a referred parent cancels, rewards stop from the next month. Rewards for months already paid are kept.
• Only payments made in Indian Rupees (INR) qualify. Payments in other currencies, free trials and free plans do not.
• The referral must be recorded when the account is created, using your link or by entering your code at sign-up. Codes cannot be added afterwards.
• Each reward is the amount in force on the date of the payment it was earned on.
• We email you a summary of your referrals and earnings at the start of each month.

2a. Price for referred parents

• Parents who sign up with a referral link or code pay ₹29/month (instead of ₹49) for the life of their subscription.
• The referral price can't be combined with promo or coupon codes.
• The referral price applies to INR subscriptions only.
• A referred parent keeps the referral price even if the partner's account is later suspended or the programme is paused; in those cases no reward is paid to the partner.

3. Maturity and reversals

Each reward is pending for 30 days after the payment it was earned on. If that payment is refunded within this period, the reward is void. A school's one-time reward is also void if the school cancels within this period. After 30 days the reward becomes available to withdraw.

4. Payouts

• You can request a payout once your available balance is at least ₹99. Each request withdraws your full available balance.
• Payouts are made by UPI or bank transfer to an account in your name. Before your first payout you must provide your payout details and PAN.
• We aim to process requests within 7 working days. You will receive an email with the transaction reference once it is paid.
• Tax may be deducted at source where Indian law requires it, and you are responsible for any tax due on your rewards.
• A request may be rejected if the payout details are incorrect; the amount then returns to your available balance.

5. Fair use

The following are not allowed, and rewards earned this way will be voided:

• Referring yourself, your own school, or accounts you control, including through another email address.
• Fake, duplicate or incentivised sign-ups, or payments that are later reversed or charged back.
• Spam, misleading claims about WorksheetsForSchools, or bidding on our brand name in paid search ads.

We review unusual activity before paying. We may hold, void or reclaim rewards, and suspend or close partner accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

6. Changes and ending the programme

We may change the reward amounts, these terms, or pause or end the programme at any time. Changes do not affect rewards already earned: pending and available rewards are still honoured under the terms in force when they were earned.
