Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly necessary to provide educational software services, manage teacher licensing, and issue tax invoices:

• School Admin & Principal Accounts: Institution name, administrator email address, optional school crest logo, and optional 15-digit Indian GSTIN for tax invoice generation.
• Teacher Accounts: Teacher display names and 4-digit classroom login PINs provisioned by the school administrator.
• Parent Accounts: Parent full name, email address, child nickname (e.g. "Esha"), grade level (e.g. Kindergarten, Grade 1), and avatar selection.
• Referral Partners (Refer & Earn): Name, email address, optional mobile number, and the accounts you referred. Before your first withdrawal we also collect payout details: a UPI ID or bank account number and IFSC, the account holder's name, and your PAN. See the Referral Programme Terms.
• Learner Activity Data: Interactive practice scores, star ratings, and streak counters stored to visualize subject mastery on the parent and teacher dashboards.

2. Student Privacy & Classroom PIN Architecture

We take child data protection seriously (compliant with COPPA, GDPR-K, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act):

• Students do NOT create user accounts, submit passwords, or provide personal email addresses.
• Classroom interaction takes place through teacher-supervised PIN sessions and interactive smartboards.
• No biometric, geolocation, or behavioral profiling data is ever collected.

3. Payment Security & Razorpay Gateway

All online subscription transactions (UPI AutoPay, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards) are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

NowStack Solutions does not store or process raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. Razorpay handles transaction tokenization under strict Reserve Bank of India (RBI) security guidelines.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for:

• Delivering vector printable worksheets and interactive Smartboard lessons.
• Stamping custom school crests and teacher headers onto classroom PDF packs.
• Generating official GST tax invoices for institutional accounting.
• Sending transactional OTP login codes, subscription receipts, and essential account alerts.
• Paying referral rewards and keeping the payment and tax records the law requires. Payout details and PAN are stored on our servers only, are not visible to other users, are shown only to the administrator making the transfer, and are never used for marketing.

5. Data Retention & Your Deletion Rights

Schools and parents have complete control over their account data. You may request full deletion of your school roster, teacher PINs, learner profile, and past activity records at any time by contacting our support team.
